HOT PILATES SCULPT
Pilates Sculpt is a 45 minute energising full-body workout designed to elevate your heart rate whilst increasing muscle strength, flexibility and endurance
This class combines a blend of traditional and contemporary Pilates movements. Using light to moderate weights as an option, you will engage in dynamic Pilates exercises which promote targeted muscle engagement. Expect to work through a variety of exercises, including lunges, squats, and upper body movements
HOT PILATES FLOW
Pilates Flow combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the energizing, detoxifying power of heat. Expect a mix of controlled movements, breath-focused techniques, and dynamic exercises that target all major muscle groups.
With a variety of sequences and intervals, you'll move through exercises that increase strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility,
HOT PILATES FOUNDATION
Pilates Foundation is designed for those new to pilates or new to exercising in a heated room
In this class, students will learn the principles of Pilates, focusing on core engagement, breath control, proper alignment, and body awareness. The class is structured to build a strong foundation through controlled movements, with an emphasis on perfecting form and technique before progressing to more advanced levels
INFERNO PILATES
Ignite your workout with Inferno Pilates, a high energy, low impact class that blends Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Designed for all fitness levels, this full body workout will sculpt, strengthen, and tone and leave you feeling strong.
HOT YOGA, STRENGTH & SCULPT
Yoga Sculpt blends power yoga, strength training, and cardio into one dynamic, full-body workout. This energizing class combines traditional yoga poses with bursts of cardio and the added challenge of weights, delivering a low-impact, high-intensity experience. You'll leave feeling stronger, revitalized, and uplifted.
HOT BARRE
Hot Barre is a toning, body-weight lifting workout. Using low impact movements, lighter weights, and bands to strengthen and tone the body.
The integration of warmth (Think warm heat not Hot!) to relax the muscles and increase cardio output along with resistance training, barre work and energising music makes this a fun and challenging class
