HOT YOGA 26&2

The 26&2 hot yoga class is a structured and popular series designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

The class follows a set sequence, ensuring consistency and familiarity for advanced practitioners, and is especially helpful for beginners.

HOT PILATES FLOW

Enhance your core strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness with this full-body Pilates session.

Move with intention as you release built-up tension and stress through conscious breathing and the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. Feel your mind calm, your heart open, and your body fully restored.

 

HOT FLOW FOUNDATION

This slower flow practise focuses on the basic, fundamental yoga poses, designed to build a strong foundation for your practice.

The slower pace and emphasis on proper alignment, makes it suitable for beginners and those new to practising in a hot environment

HOT PILATES STRENGTH

Pilates Strength is a 45 minute energising full-body workout that emphasises core strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. 

This class combines a blend of traditional and contemporary Pilates movements with added squats, lunges, and high-intensity bursts. You can expect to improve your strength, mobility, and coordination. 

HOT FLOW

Hot flow is a dynamic vinyasa style class that challenges you to move through asanas with a continuous flow, seamlessly integrating strength, balance, movement, and breath. 

INFERNO PILATES

Ignite your workout with Inferno Pilates, a high energy, low impact class that blends Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Designed for all fitness levels, this full body workout will sculpt, strengthen, and tone and leave you feeling strong.

Friday evenings we offer Disco Inferno with lighting and happy tunes

WARM YIN

Warm Yin Yoga combines gentle, slow-paced postures with mindfulness and meditation, making it ideal for those looking to reduce stress and improve flexibility.

The warm room setting can enhance muscle release and make the experience more comfortable, allowing for deeper stretches.

HOT BARRE

Hot Barre is a toning, body-weight lifting workout. Using low impact movements, lighter weights, and bands to strengthen and tone the body. 

The integration of warmth (Think warm heat not Hot!) to relax the muscles and increase cardio output along with resistance training, barre work and energising music makes this a fun and challenging class
