Yoga not only is a great workout to lighten, tighten and tone but combined with meditation takes us to a place where we connect to true ourselves which in turn reduces stress and anxiety and increases overall happiness.
So take some time for yourself and try this heart-opening, uplifting yoga and mediation session and you'll feel lighter and happier, because yoga and meditation just makes everything better.

Pole fitness is a fantastic way to get fit whilst having fun, it improves strength, flexibility and coordination and is an effective way to lose weight whilst building strength and gaining confidence.
Vic believes that pole is suitable for absolutely anyone no matter your age or fitness level, she prides herself on ensuring her classes are welcoming and friendly and most importantly fun

Kundalini yoga practice can be beneficial to anyone of any age or fitness level. Our Kundalini classes include meditation, yoga kriyas and breath work. A wellness practice to radiate and strengthen your health and happiness.
No previous yoga asana experience needed. A fun class designed to uplift and motivate. Experience the power of your own breath.
Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.30pm
A Jivamukti class is a dynamic flowing vinyasa sequence practised to an inspiring eclectic soundtrack and includes breath awareness, classical yoga teachings, sanskrit chanting, hands on assists, relaxation and meditation. The class is open to all from beginner to advanced yogi ! The five tenets of Jivamukti Yoga are shastra (scripture/spiritual teaching), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (kindness), nada (music) and dhyana (meditation).

Chakradance® is a therapeutic modality based on a moving meditation deeply rooted in Jungian psychology and using the concept of the chakra system as a roadmap to the human experience.
In Chakradance® we dance to specific music, composed to resonate with each of the seven major chakras. One of the main keys to the healing power is the music which balances our energy system. This music combined with free form movement assists in releasing blocked energy from our bodies. In this way, we can cultivate wellbeing, enabling a deepened connection to our true, authentic self.
Thursday 11.30am - 12.30am
Restorative yoga is for people that have chronic conditions, pain, fatigue or disabilities. From fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, arthritis, sight impaired, wheelchair users, IBS and more.
Restorative yoga is done by using props like pillows, blankets, blocks, bolsters and sometimes maxine will use chairs if you can't get on the floor. You will stay in poses for around 5 -10 minutes while being aware and connecting with your body and breath staying in the now. evidence has shown that this yoga is known for losing weight, reducing pain, bowel and stomach issues and many more benefits.
By just laying on the props in these poses and listing to the guided teaching. In this class you are praised for listening to your body, there is no forcing or pushing, its gentle, slow and kind. We are all different and unique.
Anarchoyogi Flow Yoga
Saturday 11.00am - 12.00pm
This is a creative flow class where you can meet the soul of vinyasa yoga with the creativity of free movement work. This class combines both in a journey of strength, flexibility, body-spirit awareness and self discovery.
What to expect? Original well thought flows, designed for specific purposes, uncommon and fun transitions, spirituality, precise alignment, anatomical cuing and the freedom to discover your own self through movement.
The flow won't be limited to Yoga poses, as it will also have other kind of motions used in varied expressive arts, such as dancing. All this done in a safe, individually adapted and controlled way. It is open to all levels, from beginners, to advanced movers, and welcoming to "every-single-body", any age, any background. All it requires is the will to Move.
