Reformer Pilates
About our Reformer Pilates Classes
FOUNDATION
This class is for all levels but must be taken at least once before taking our Flow or Fit classes,
Focusing on your form, technique and alignment for a complete full-body, low to medium impact workout.
This class gives you time to focus on your alignment and flexibility whilst building your muscular strength and endurance.
FLOW
This dynamic class explores beginner to intermediate pilates exercises with an emphasis on flowing and extending each of the exercises, you will be guided through sequences that will improve your flexibility and stamina.
FIT
A high energy class, incorporating the strength of reformer exercises combined with jumping on the Cardio Tramp. Using the tramp enables you to get maximum results using low low impact moves, giving you an aerobic workout which will build muscle and bone density along with the classic core centred focus.
STRETCH
A slower way to move and unwind with the magic of the Pilates Reformer. This class is ideal for those who still want to challenge their movement on the machine but want to take it a bit easier.
ThE Somatics class combines many different holistic therapies and techniques to create a grounding safety within the mind-body connection.
