Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative, floor based practice. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes as we soften and surrender. In our busy, highly stimulated daily lives, finding time to slow down body and mind and give back to ourselves is essential. In essence, Yin Yoga is a method of inner healing. Whether it be for physical, emotional or psychological, this practice is nurturing and proven to improve overall wellbeing. From reducing stress and anxiety, to endless physical benefits.
