Gurulou offers Vinyasa based classes focusing on the core yoga asanas, giving you the chance to explore the postures whilst moving in a flow that fires up your inner core and leaves you feeling energised but settled.

Fierce Grace is a revolutionary yoga system of interconected classes that suit all ages and fitness levels. Fierce Grace was created by Michele Pernetta who lead the UK Hot Yoga revolution, by bringing Bikram Yoga to London in 1994. Practitioners have the chance to achieve the ultimate blend of strength and flexibility for both body and mind. Based on classical Hatha yoga, Bikram, Ashtanga and Rocket yoga, and sequenced in ways that adhere to ancient yogic principles as well as the latest cutting-edge research on attaining optimum results in the minimum amount of time, Fierce Grace is a unique series of 8 different classes based on the same core poses and principles, each with a different emphasis, duration and intensity.

Chakradance® is a therapeutic modality based on a moving meditation deeply rooted in Jungian psychology and using the concept of the chakra system as a roadmap to the human experience.
In Chakradance® we dance to specific music, composed to resonate with each of the seven major chakras. One of the main keys to the healing power is the music which balances our energy system. This music combined with free form movement assists in releasing blocked energy from our bodies. In this way, we can cultivate wellbeing, enabling a deepened connection to our true, authentic self.
Free Flow Yoga

his is a creative flow class where you can meet the soul of vinyasa yoga with the creativity of free movement work. This class combines both in a journey of strength, flexibility, body-spirit awareness and self discovery.
What to expect? Original well thought flows, designed for specific purposes, uncommon and fun transitions, spirituality, precise alignment, anatomical cuing and the freedom to discover your own self through movement.

Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation is practiced using simple methods of focusing and stabilising our minds as well as developing acceptance and non-preference while letting thoughts come and go. Modern life can be stressful and busy. Most of the time we are carried along by the force of emotions, habits and conditioning and end up feeling tired and stressed by everyday life. Practicing meditation can change this. Meditation can help bring about a natural sense of peace and well-being that can extend to every aspect of our lives.People who meditate regularly develop tools to handle the ups and downs of daily life with more clarity and ease and become able to relate to others with more understanding and tolerance.

Expect to find asanas from traditional Ashtanga Yoga mixed together with the creative side of a Vinyasa sequence. As well as this, different mobility techniques will be introduced in order build a foundation of strength on top of the flexibility yoga can bring to the body. This helps to create stronger joints and muscles as well as improve the longevity of your practice. Expect some laughs, chilled out tunes to groove and move to, and a savasana complete with essential oils and a massage! Open to all levels of experience.
