The five tenets of Jivamukti Yoga are shastra (scripture/spiritual teaching), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (kindness), nada (music) and dhyana (meditation).
Yoga with Gurulou

Restorative yoga is for people that have chronic conditions, pain, fatigue or disabilities. From fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, arthritis, sight impaired, wheelchair users, IBS and more.
Restorative yoga is done by using props like pillows, blankets, blocks, bolsters and sometimes maxine will use chairs if you can't get on the floor. You will stay in poses for around 5 -10 minutes while being aware and connecting with your body and breath staying in the now. evidence has shown that this yoga is known for losing weight, reducing pain, bowel and stomach issues and many more benefits.
