Humankid yoga classes are with founder Gurulou
The foundation for Humankid yoga classes comes from showing children and young adults the meaning of being kind to the body, mind, and planet.
Gurulou holds termly group classes, family classes and can work on one to one basis if the child has a specific goal or need in mind

Kid Yoga (5yr - 12yr)
Through practicing yoga at an early age it encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's noncompetitive
Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.

Along with the physical benefits yoga can help teens mentally refocus on the task at hand. By practicing living in the moment on the mat, teenagers can more fully concentrate on the present moment off the mat.
With practicing yoga and meditation, students will have a better sense of their emotions. Yoga will enable them to connect with their deeper layers and understand more fully what they are feeling. By developing a better understanding of their emotions, teens can then more appropriately process them.
